This platform is still under development. We may recycle environments and purge stored data from time to time, without notice. Do not rely on KBworker for anything more than prototyping — otherwise you will have data loss. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Acceptance
By signing in to KBworker you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign in. Continued use means continued agreement to whatever's current.
Changes
Terms may change over time. Material updates surface as an in-app notice; continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
Your account
You're responsible for actions taken under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out immediately and rotate your Google password.
Acceptable use
No illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content. No attempts to attack the service or its users. No bulk scraping, no bypassing rate limits or auth.
AI output
LLM responses can be wrong, biased, or fabricated. Treat every output as a draft — KBworker doesn't verify or warrant anything an agent generates.
Your data, your IP
Content you upload and content your agents generate stays yours. The KBworker codebase, design, and platform infrastructure remain the maintainer's IP.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, fitness for any specific purpose, or freedom from defects of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes go to the courts of Victoria. Signing in implies consent to this jurisdiction.
